Would you like to use the power of doubt to your advantage? While doubt may initially seem like a hindrance, it can actually serve as a stepping stone towards embracing courage. Courage, in turn, is a higher frequency energy that propels us towards our life purpose and the meaning of life. By understanding and harnessing the power of doubt, we can make conscious decisions. Conscious decisions allow us to change and create a better world for ourselves and humanity as a whole.
The Energy of Doubt
Doubt is not merely a negative emotion; it is an energetic occurrence within us. It is important to recognize that doubt carries its own energy, which can be utilized to our benefit. Rather than trying to overcome doubt, we should embrace it. The principle of NeuroDynamic Breathwork teaches us to embrace anything that appears, including doubts. By acknowledging and embracing our doubts, we can tap into the energy they hold and transform them into a catalyst for personal growth and change.
Courage: Stepping into the Unknown
Embracing doubt means stepping into the unknown. When we make a conscious decision to change, we are venturing into uncharted territory. This can be both exhilarating and daunting. I’ve recently embarked on a six-month intensive course to become a neurodynamic breathwork facilitator. This decision contained a number of doubts about affordability and effectiveness. However, by acknowledging and embracing these doubts, I took a step forward into the unknown, opening up new possibilities for personal and professional growth.
Courage: Breaking Free from Homeostasis
One of the challenges we face in embracing doubt and stepping into the unknown is breaking free from homeostasis.
While homeostasis is a fundamental biological concept referring to the body’s ability to maintain a stable internal state despite fluctuations in our external environment, our ego mind sees any intent to change as a potential hazard and reinforces our need for stability. Homeostasis can have several positive aspects, as it ensures critical physiological systems, such as body temperature, blood pressure, glucose levels, etc. remain within a narrow range necessary for optimal functioning.
However, homeostasis also has drawbacks, because excessive or prolonged efforts to maintain stability can be energy-consuming and limit our ability to respond to new opportunities for growth and adaptation. Mass marketing loves homeostasis and often seeks to maintain it, because it is easier to market to people who are ‘in stasis’ and not free thinkers. However, if we want to change ourselves and the world around us, we must break free from the constraints of homeostasis.
Harnessing the Energy of Fear
Fear often accompanies doubt, especially when venturing into the unknown. However, fear is not inherently negative. It carries its own energy, which can be harnessed and used to our advantage. By stepping into our fears, we can transform them into a driving force for personal growth and change. It is through this process that we can break free from the glass barriers and ceilings of homeostasis and create a better planet and civilization.
One of the greatest mindset changes we can adopt to overcome fear is that of accepting change. To reach a state of accepting change we work on being adaptable. By practising flexibility and being open to new ideas, approaches, and perspectives we eradicate fear and its associated feelings of doubt. By recognising that change is a constant part of life, the more adaptable and equipped we’ll be to harness the power of fear and doubt successfully. Change is not a threat, but an opportunity for personal growth and effective learning.
Youmanity: Focusing on Ourselves for the Benefit of All
To truly change the world, we must first change ourselves. “Youmanity” is a term encapsulating the principle of focusing on ourselves for the benefit of humanity. It is an underpinning principle of Collabualism, an initiative and movement aimed at the progress and development of humanity through individual collaboration. By making conscious decisions, by being aware of the doubts that may arise (#chucksrevenge), and embracing courage, we can create positive change not only in our own lives but also in the lives of others.
So doubt is not something to be feared or overcome. Instead, it is an energy that can be harnessed and transformed into courage. By embracing doubt, stepping courageously into the unknown, by breaking free from the constraints of homeostasis, we can create positive change in our own lives and contribute to the betterment of humanity. Let us embrace our doubts, harness our fears, and become the catalysts for change that the world needs.
Until next time, embrace your doubts, harness your courage, and be the change you wish to see in the world.
Namaste,
